Multi-cell hydrogel sheets wrap seafood packs and fill voids, improving contact and temperature uniformity. Non-woven faces the product; PE film outside for easy wipe-down. Validate hold time in your own cartons before scale-up.

Step 1 — Soak (3–5 min)

Fully immerse the sheet in clean water until cells swell. Gently massage to distribute SAP evenly.

Step 2 — Drain & Wipe

Lift the sheet, let excess water drip, and wipe the surface. Non-woven side remains product-facing.

Step 3 — Freeze (≥6 h at −18 °C / 0 °F)

Lay the sheet flat in the freezer. For best results, avoid stacking until fully frozen.

Step 4 — Use

Place the sheet with non-woven side facing the product, PE film outside for easy cleaning.

Packing

• Line the box with sheets; non-woven faces seafood.
• Combine multiple sheets to reach target hold time.
• Use food-grade liners or bags as needed.

Notes

• Freeze ≥6 h at −18 °C (0 °F).
• Validate temperature in your own packaging before scale-up.
• Wipe PE film after use; re-freeze.

Can the sheets touch seafood directly?

Place the non-woven side toward the product and PE film outside. Use an inner liner if required by your QA.

How many sheets do I need?

Start with one layer around the pack and validate hold time. Add sheets or increase surface coverage if needed.
