How to Use (Medical)

Soak sheets 3–5 minutes until cells swell, drain and wipe, then freeze flat for ≥6 hours at −18 °C (0 °F). Place the non-woven side toward the product; PE film outside. Combine sheets to reach the target hold time.

Validation & SOP

Qualify pack-outs with data loggers under your lane conditions. Record count, placement, and packaging. Adjust sheet size and quantity to maintain 2–8 °C (or other targets) for the full route. Keep photos and records for audits.

What temperature range can these sheets support?

They are non-powered gel packs. With proper insulation, customers commonly validate 2–8 °C lanes. Always qualify pack-outs in your own packaging and routes.

Which side faces the product?

The non-woven side faces the product; the PE film faces outside for easy cleaning.

Are the sheets reusable?

Yes. Re-freeze after use and inspect seams regularly. Replace if damaged or contaminated.
