Combine sheets with insulated mailers or shippers to achieve the target lane temperature. Start with a validated pack-out, then scale volume with documented SOPs and data-logger results.
Tips
• Freeze fully (≥6 h at −18 °C / 0 °F) before packing.
• Use data loggers in sample shipments.
Safety
• Add or remove sheets to hit the KPI (2–8 °C, 0–4 °C, etc.).
• Record pack-out for SOP and audits.
Are the sheets reusable?
Yes. Re-freeze after use and inspect seams regularly. Replace if damaged.
