Every batch is checked for seal strength, burst resistance, gel uniformity, and freezing cycle durability.
Certificates can be provided upon request.
Heat-seal strength—Peel test after soaking and freezing.Burst resistance—Pressure test of cells and seams.Gel uniformity—Soak test for SAP absorption and evenness.Freeze–thaw cycle—-18°C for ≥6 h, leakage check.Materials compliance—Food-contact non-woven; MSDS for SAP.
Which side faces the product?
The non-woven side should face the product; PE film faces outside for easier cleaning.
How long should I freeze the packs?
Freeze for at least 6 hours at −18 °C (0 °F). Validate hold time in your own packaging.
Can you print my logo?
Yes. 1–2 color flexo printing on the PE film. Standard lead time 12–15 days for printed rolls.
